| CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER The Chief Executive Officer has full executive responsibilities over the execution of the agreed business policies and directions set by the Board of Directors and all operational decisions in the managing of Alpha REIT Managers Sdn Bhd and Alpha REIT. Puan Shireen graduated with a BA (Hons) Law from University of Kent at Canterbury, United Kingdom. She has enjoyed a successful 26 years in real estate and property development. Prior to joining Alpha REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, she was the Chief Operating Officer, at MRCB Properties Division overseeing the delivery of Penang Sentral Transit Terminal in Butterworth, Penang, a large scale Transport and Retail project, Cyberjaya City Centre, Menara PERKESO, Putrajaya (office building) and the Management of Nu Sentral Shopping Centre in KL Sentral, among others. Before joining MRCB in 2015, she had a fulfilling career over a span of 15 years at Tesco Stores Malaysia Sdn Bhd. |

| HEAD OF LEGAL AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS CUM JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY The Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring that Alpha REIT complies with its Trust Deed, and relevant laws and requirements (including compliance with Shariah requirements), as well as monitoring the internal corporate governance policies of Alpha REIT Managers Sdn Bhd and Alpha REIT. She graduated with a law degree with honours from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and holds a secretarial licence issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia and is affiliated to The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). |
